To raise a support request, bug report or feature request, write to:
Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 Europe/Madrid time (GMT+2). Every request is answered by email and tracked until it is closed.
| Type of request | First response |
|---|---|
| App is not working | Within 1 business day |
| Bug report | Within 2 business days |
| Question about behaviour or licensing | Within 2 business days |
| Feature request | Within 5 business days |
These are first-response targets, not resolution times. If a fix requires a new release, you will be told what the fix is and when it is expected.
Support requests are resolved faster when they arrive with the facts already in them. Please include:
Please do not send us confidential comment text. We do not need it, and we cannot read your data: the app stores everything inside your own Atlassian site and none of it reaches us.
Nothing appears in the panel. The app only records from the moment it is installed, and only for comments edited or deleted after that. Earlier versions were never stored by Jira and cannot be recovered by anyone.
An edit is missing. Atlassian delivers comment events to apps asynchronously; a change can take a few minutes to appear. If it is still missing after fifteen minutes, that is worth reporting.
The panel says the history is not available to you. The history is restricted to users holding the Edit All Comments permission in that project. A Jira administrator can grant it.
The documentation covers these points, and the app's limits, in full.
To report a security concern or make a data protection request, write to [email protected]. Security reports are acknowledged within one business day.
How the app handles data is set out in the Privacy Policy.
The app is licensed and invoiced by Atlassian, not by Loggard. Questions about invoices, renewals, refunds or tax documents are handled by Atlassian through your Atlassian account. Questions about which tier applies to you, or about how licensing affects the app's behaviour, we can answer.
